Two currencies. You earn coins by playing and swap coins for keys. Keys are the only ones the shop takes.

## Coins

You get coins for every word you play. Long words and big combos pay more, and you get a bonus for surviving a round.

You can swap them for keys at the exchange.

## Keys

You buy keys in the market, swap coins for them at the exchange, or get them from crates.

Keys buy every cosmetic in the game.

- **Bombs**: rotating community picks and the season set
- **Ghosts**: your elimination ghost and the word it carries
- **Prompts**: the prompt box and its tiles
- **Hearts**: your hearts
- **Combos**: streak multiplier effects
- **Explosions**: how you go out
- **Market**: key packs, supporter packs and rings

Keys go elsewhere too. Making a clan and upgrading it cost keys, and so does entering a tournament.
